Booking Policy – Be Fierce Byron Retreat November 7–9, 2025 | Byron Bay, NSW This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for attendance at the Be Fierce Byron Retreat hosted by Be Fierce Retreats. Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of $499 AUD is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in full or in two instalments: Instalment 1 – Due Monday 25 August, 2025 Final Instalment – Due Thursday 25 September, 2025 Payments can be made via Square. An invoice will be sent through to you to make payment. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations prior to October 7, 2025 (30 days before the retreat): all monies paid (minus the deposit) will be refunded. Cancellations after October 7, 2025: no refunds will be issued, unless the spot is successfully filled by another guest. If filled, a partial refund (minus the deposit) will be offered. In the event of a genuine emergency (e.g. serious illness or bereavement), please reach out to discuss options. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we’ll do our best to support you. Retreat Changes Be Fierce Retreats reserves the right to adjust the schedule, facilitators, or offerings if necessary. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by Be Fierce Retreats, you will receive a full refund. Travel & Accommodation Please note that flights are not included in your retreat package. You are responsible for making your own flight arrangements. Transfers between Ballina Byron Gateway Airport and the Airbnb are included in the event package, as well as transfers to and from event activities. Content Use & Consent Throughout the retreat, photos and videos may be taken to capture the experience. These may be used for marketing purposes including social media, email campaigns, and websites. If you prefer not to be included, please advise Tima prior to the retreat start date. Acceptance of Terms By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
