This website is owned and operated by Be Fierce Retreats. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services. This website offers information and booking options for wellness and Muay Thai retreats in Australia and internationally. By accessing or using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Who Can Use This Website
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to book a retreat. You may not use this website or our services if it is unlawful to do so in your jurisdiction.
Booking & Payment Terms
When booking a retreat, you agree to provide accurate information and to complete payment as per the specified plan. You may select between paying in full or in agreed instalments, provided the full amount is received by the date specified for your chosen retreat. Booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time and correct errors in listings.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your spot:

More than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, you will receive a refund (excluding the deposit).

Less than 30 days prior to the retreat, no refunds are issued.
In the rare case that Be Fierce Retreats must cancel an event, a full refund (including deposit) will be offered. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the participant.
Changes to Services
We may change, pause, or cancel aspects of the retreat experience (e.g. scheduled activities, instructors) due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always strive to offer an equivalent alternative and keep you informed.
Responsibility & Liability
By booking a retreat, you accept full responsibility for your participation and acknowledge any physical or emotional risk involved. Be Fierce Retreats is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat.
Participants are responsible for securing travel insurance, including coverage for retreat cancellation, travel delays, illness, or personal injury.
Health, Diet & Accessibility
It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these needs but cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and associated with our retreats, including branding, images, videos, and materials, is the property of Be Fierce Retreats. No content may be copied, reproduced, or shared without our written consent.
Media & Photography
Photos and videos may be captured during the retreat and used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify Tima in writing before the retreat begins.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to our website or retreat bookings for any reason, including misuse or breach of these Terms.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be Fierce Retreats from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our website or participation in a retreat.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Fierce Retreats is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including personal injury, travel issues, or disruptions due to weather, illness, or third-party services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
