This 10-day immersive retreat in Morocco is the first of its kind, and one deeply close to Tima’s heart! We’re heading back to her home: magical Morocco. Designed for women ready to explore a new era of themselves, this retreat blends movement, adventure, culture and mindset in an empowering, unforgettable way. Expect to train, explore and reconnect, all while being supported by a strong, inspiring community of women. Across 10 days, you’ll move your body daily through Muay Thai, Boxing, Fitness, Yoga and Surf, while experiencing Morocco’s vibrant landscapes: from coastal towns and ancient cities to desert sand dunes. This is more than a retreat. It’s a journey of growth, confidence and connection. Booking Policy – Be Fierce Morocco Retreat Saturday 22 – Monday 31 August, 2026 | Flo Surf Tamraght, Agadir, Morocco This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for attendance at the Be Fierce Morocco Retreat hosted by Be Fierce Retreats. Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of $499 AUD is required to secure your spot. You may choose to pay the remaining balance in 1, 2 or 3 instalments, to be arranged with Retreat Leader, Tima. All payments must be made in full no later than Thursday 23 July, 2026. Payments will be invoiced and processed via Stripe. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations before Thursday 23 July, 2026 (30 days prior to retreat): All payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. Cancellations on or after Thursday 23 July, 2026: No refunds will be issued unless your spot is successfully filled by another guest. If filled, a partial refund (minus the deposit) may be offered. In the case of a genuine emergency (e.g. serious illness or bereavement), please contact Tima to discuss. While we can’t guarantee refunds, we will do our best to support you. Retreat Changes Be Fierce Retreats reserves the right to adjust the schedule, facilitators or offerings as needed. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by Be Fierce Retreats, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Travel & Accommodation Flights and airport transfers are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to Agadir Al-Massira International Airport, Morocco. Your package includes 9 nights’ accommodation and all listed retreat inclusions. Passport & Travel Insurance All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the retreat date. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage. Content Use & Consent Photos and videos may be captured during the retreat and used for promotional purposes across social media, websites, and other marketing channels. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify Tima before the retreat begins. Acceptance of Terms By paying your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy.
