This 7-day immersive experience in Phuket is designed for women ready to challenge themselves, deepen their connection to movement, and be empowered through combat sports and mindset work – all while surrounded by a supportive, inspiring community. You’ll take part in daily Muay Thai and boxing sessions, beach conditioning, mindset coaching, breathwork, journaling, and group activities – all designed to push your limits and leave you feeling empowered and recharged. Booking Policy – Be Fierce Thailand Retreat Sunday 11 – Sunday 18 October, 2026 | Arinara Beach Resort, Phuket, Thailand This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for attendance at the Be Fierce Thailand Retreat hosted by Be Fierce Retreats. Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of $499 AUD is required to secure your spot. You may choose to pay the remaining balance in 1, 2 or 3 instalments, to be arranged with Retreat Leader, Tima. All payments must be made in full no later than Friday 11 September, 2026. Payments will be invoiced and processed via Square. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations before Friday 11th September, 2026 (30 days prior to retreat): All payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. Cancellations on or after Friday 11th September, 2026: No refunds will be issued unless your spot is successfully filled by another guest. If filled, a partial refund (minus the deposit) may be offered. In the case of a genuine emergency (e.g. serious illness or bereavement), please contact Tima to discuss. While we can’t guarantee refunds, we will do our best to support you. Retreat Changes Be Fierce Retreats reserves the right to adjust the schedule, facilitators or offerings as needed. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by Be Fierce Retreats, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Travel & Accommodation Flights are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to Phuket International Airport. Your package includes 7 nights’ accommodation and all listed retreat inclusions. Passport & Travel Insurance All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the retreat date. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage. Content Use & Consent Photos and videos may be captured during the retreat and used for promotional purposes across social media, websites, and other marketing channels. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify Tima before the retreat begins. Acceptance of Terms By paying your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy.
